Dirty South Bureau

For those of you who don’t already know, the St. Bernard Housing Development was re-opened by its residents on Martin Luther King day. A group calling itself Mayday New Orleans (apparently a spin-off of Mayday DC) is currently occupying the units full-time so that residents can come back and clean them out.
